Howdy, my name is Jordan. Glad you're here! I started Marrow & Tallow as a way to help folks better understand the value of beef beyond just "Whats For Dinner." Tallow is an excellent way to tap into the many benefits that beef has to offer, but there is so much more to the story that you & I are writing together. Our mission is to continue in rediscovery of ancestral uses for animals & to find new ways to put the whole animal to use, while creating an alternative to chemicals, seed oils & preservatives found in mainstream skincare.
